"Any sophisticated platform defense is indistinguishable from astroturfing".

In fact it's more general: "Any defense of anything instead of your own ideas is indistinguishable from astroturfing."

Ops... where do ideas come? Why do one think the way (s)he does?

Hell... there's no such thing as reasoning.

Damn... we ARE just like any other mammal after all.

No, this law just applies to sophisticated apologism. Normal reasoning appeals to common sense and its claims can be easily verified.

Other than that, we're also a bit reptilian inside (evolution and stuff).
